In this course, trainees will be introduced to the basic steps and techniques in developing biotech animals. Initiatives of the Philippine Carabao Center in animal improvement and the regulatory guidelines on developing animal biotechnology are discussed. A special topic on using social media platforms as effective tools in communicating biotechnology is provided.
