DA Biotechnology  Program Office (“DA BPO”) offers the https://biotechpmep.da.gov.ph website (the “Site”) to provide general information on agri-biotechnology and an online capacity building training platform, the Progressive Manpower Enhancement Program (PMEP), aimed to enhance technical capacity of public sector employees, staff and officers, but also develop leaders in the fields of agri-biotechnology research and development, regulation, management, policy, and communication.
